A small group of local people have been studying and mapping the lichens in Culag woods for several years. They have produced this leaflet to introduce you to six of the special lichens of Culag Wood. They are part of the Lobarion family. This group are of European importance and Culag wood and Assynt in general is a stronghold for them in Scotland.
