Bone Caves to the Traligill Inchnadamph

20th July 2022 @ 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

[Please note this is not an Assynt Field Club event. We are advertising the Highlife Highland Countryside Ranger events for Assynt to help support the vital work of the Ranger Service, and to offer more opportunities to learn about the area]

Ranger-led guided walk through the amazing limestone scenery around Inchnadamph. We will see fantastic wildflowers, such as helleborines, mountain avens, and gentians,: lots of red deer and birds such as ring ouzels, golden plovers and maybe golden eagles. Wonder at the stunning forces which have built mountains and created deep caves! Bring packed lunch. This is a 10km strenuous walk and rough walking off the path in places. Meet at Bone caves car park 4km, south of Inchnadamph.
