Clachtoll Peat Road Guided Walk
[Please note this is not an Assynt Field Club event. We are advertising the Highlife Highland Countryside Ranger events for Assynt to help support the vital work of the Ranger Service, and to offer more opportunities to learn about the area]
Ranger led guided through some of the most amazing landscapes of Assynt in the Highlands of Scotland. On the way we will explore the mysterious Druid’s cave, see some awesome wildlife and witness the hidden sailing ships carved into the bedrock by folk nearly 200 years ago.
Bring packed lunch. This is a 10km walk and it can be boggy in places.
Meet at Clachtoll Beach car park. Suitable for families but children must be eight years or over.
